1. Shipping Locations
Brahim Gadgets ships products both within South Africa and to selected international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or regulatory requirements imposed by the destination country.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Customers will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification once the order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods & Couriers
Brahim Gadgets uses reputable third-party courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. The courier assigned may vary depending on the delivery location and service availability.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Major cities and metropolitan areas: 2–4 business days.
• Outlying or rural areas: 3–7 business days.
• 10–30 business days, depending on the destination country, courier service, and customs clearance processes.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and order size. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
6. Proof of Delivery
All deliveries require proof of delivery (POD). Couriers may require a signature or photo confirmation upon successful delivery. Once proof of delivery is confirmed, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Brahim Gadgets will not be liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses. If a delivery fails due to customer error, re-delivery costs may apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. Any damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos or documentation, to allow for investigation and resolution.
9. Returns & Refunds Related to Shipping
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. If a return is approved due to an error on our part, Brahim Gadgets will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
