Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to all electronic products sold by Brahim Gadgets through its online store.

Brahim Gadgets is committed to providing quality products and a transparent returns process. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions, procedures, and timelines applicable to returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our online store.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The item must be in resalable condition
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided Certain items may be excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons, where applicable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrectly supplied:
• Electronic items showing signs of physical damage, liquid damage, power surge damage, or electrical burn marks
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, incorrect installation, incompatible accessories, or unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Products with tampered, removed, or damaged serial numbers, IMEI numbers, or security seals
• Clearance, refurbished, or promotional items clearly marked as non-returnable
• Software, digital products, downloadable content, or activated licenses, where applicable

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an electronic item is received damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, customers must notify Brahim Gadgets within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect, packaging, serial number, and accessories may be required
    • Items will be tested and inspected to confirm the fault or discrepancy
    • If verified, Brahim Gadgets will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost to the customer
    • If no fault is found after inspection, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.

 

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team via email with their order number and reason for return. Approved returns will be provided with return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may be rejected.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error by Brahim Gadgets (incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. If the item meets the return conditions, the return will be approved. If the item does not comply with this policy, it may be returned to the customer at their expense.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is requested, customers may be required to return the original item before a replacement is dispatched.

9. Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it will be treated as a return and subject to this policy.
